While every career has its challenges, it’s important to loosen up and not take ourselves too seriously. Creativity thrives in an environment where we feel comfortable, supported, and free to think outside the box. We should enjoy our surroundings and the people we work with just as much—if not more—than the work itself. A fun-loving, easygoing approach fosters a space where everyone can bring their best selves to the table and create something meaningful for others.
